About Me
Being born and growing up between Guinea-Bissau and Portugal has allowed me to have a different and very enriching youth. Throughout my growth, sport has always been a strong presence, being part of the school sports teams. At that time football was the dream, but when I turned 10 years I received my first tennis racket and the path changed.
I played professionally, but soon realized that it was the coaching career I wanted to embrace. I was the Portuguese youngest Davis Cup Captain at the age of 25 and today I still have a passionate vision on the ground.
Therefore, my entire professional life has been in the Tennis Industry, where I am considered a leader.
I travelled all around the world not only as professional players coach( being present on the 4 Grand Slams), but also lived in many different countries as National Coach and Technical Director in different National Federations. I worked as Tennis Consultant and ITF expert with National Federations.
I like new challenges and as a naturally enthusiastic and hard work person, I believe that my ability and experience match qualities to run a Tennis Program at your organization.
